Step 01: Start with makeup free, cleansed skin. Washing your face with lukewarm water and your favourite cleanser is recommended before face dunking.
Place bowl on a flat hard surface. Add 2 dropperfuls of FACE DUNK Hydrating, Brightening or Collagen Drops into the empty FACE DUNK bowl — even better, mix them up for maximum benefits!
Fill with tap water up to the line inside the bowl. Take care, overfilling may cause the water to spill over the edge of the dunk bowl.
Place the ice from the FACE DUNK tray into the bowl and allow it to melt. If not using ice, fill with cold refrigerated water to the dotted line instead.

Wear your headband, take a deep breath and close your eyes.
Dunk for 10 – 15 seconds. Repeat 2-3 times, with breaks for breathing. Dunk slowly to avoid water spilling and don’t let your nose touch the bottom of the bowl.
