The Ritual

Fill with tap water to the line inside the bowl.

Place all ice from tray into the bowl and allow to melt.

DROPS

Add two dropperfuls into the water and allow to dissolve.

HEADBAND

Place your headband on to prevent hair getting wet.

APP

Customise the Face Dunk Coach App and place under bowl.

DUNK

Hold breath and dunk for 10–15 sec. Chin first. Repeat 2–3 times.

DRY
